A key function of Kerry ETB is to provide education and training for employed people who wish to upskill or change roles. There are no fees on most courses for employees (subject to eligibility). We also assist small companies in conducting Training Needs Analysis and Professional Development Planning for their staff. On occasion, bespoke programs, tailored to the needs of an individual business, or a group of businesses on a regional basis, are designed and delivered in collaboration with the employer.
