Monika qualified at the Culinary Art Collage in Tralee and is owner/manager of Chopin’s Café in Tralee for the last 13 years. Monika was a tutor with Kerry ETB and has ran culinary workshops with after-school groups, in community settings and for online groups since 2018. Monika has skills in food preparation, cooking, food styling and baking.
